Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness and clarity for both parties: Deposit Policy: When booking a session, clients are required to pay a 25% deposit. This deposit secures your session date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the session. Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of the 25% deposit. Refunds will be processed promptly; however, the exact timing will depend on your bank’s policies. Deposit Retention for Rescheduling: If a rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, the 25% deposit will be retained and applied toward the new session date. Deposit Forfeiture: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the 25% deposit will not be refunded. This fee covers preparation and operational costs associated with your booking. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the session has begun or for no-shows.
